Communication is an interesting subject To which not many object. A simple "hi", or "how do you do" Can often get someone acquainted to you. As the time passes, and you see them in classes, you being to expand, and begin to understand, just how they think and what makes them unique. How hard it is to start a conversation, but how it easy to continue, You can talk about anything in the nation, or simply another venue. And as you communicate, and friendships form, you being to realize that you are no more. No more yourself, You begin to unite, with that person you talk to, you start to think alike. Time continues flying, and it's strange to note, how much you have changed, and this is not a joke. Patterns are set, and times rearranged, Until all at once, Things start to change. No longer is the bond truler there, As one of the members looks on in despair. What happened? They wonder, and quickly they think, "Was it something I said, I put in her drink?" But little by little, the friends slip apart, losing what once was string in their hearts. Not knowing of sharing the joys and the woes, of each day's trials, and what it unfolds. Where did the time go? Will it return? Will time continue on? And do we have time to burn? This tale has an answer, an answer quite plain. It's as simple as dialing and calling my name. And although a poet I may not be, I'm sure I could remain a good friend to thee.
